Synopsis
This film portrays the organisational process of indigenous and mestizo communities in the municipality of Ayutla de los Libres, Guerrero, to institute a government based on their own regulatory systems, known as customs and practice, thus becoming the first municipality in the state of Guerrero to put an end to the party political system.
