Synopsis
Climate change affects the entire planet, and its impacts are increasingly evident in the environmental disasters caused by the global rise in temperature. Under these circumstances, Indigenous peoples, who have developed their cultures over thousands of years based on a close relationship with their land and environment, are forced to quickly adapt to the new realities. “Time of Changes” is a film about this adaptation, narrated through the voices of Quechua Indigenous people from Andamarca, Ayacucho, who confront drought with their ancestral knowledge, and Shipibo Indigenous people from Callería, Ucayali, who must adjust to the ever-more frequent floods.
