Synopsis
The community of Taquillos, in the department of Tarija, suffers abuse by businessmen who exploit salt mines and make themselves masters of the water that flows from the mountain where the mine is located. The indigenous population, affected by the lack of water, is demanding what is theirs from the businessmen, who respond violently with the death of two members of the community.
