Synopsis
On the coast of southern Chile, off Mocha Island, there is another world: a vast territory inhabited by different cultures, the oldest of which is the Mapuche Lafkenche identity. Their achievements and good practices show that it is possible to carry out sustainable activities in territories recovered by indigenous communities. The attachment to the sea felt by these guardians of nature has influenced their identity economy and is a benchmark for the preservation and environmental restoration that our society demands today.
