Synopsis

Members of the Native Communities of Nueva Betania and Alva Castro explore the current state of the Shipibo language and its future. Teacher Pedro Sinuiri and Marcelina Gonzales share their knowledge about the origin of certain words, the similarities between the language and the sounds of certain birds, and other lesser-known aspects of this unique language. This exploration aims to emphasize the importance of preserving the Shipibo language.
