Feyentuafiyñ Bafkence Kimvn (The Value of Ancestral Knowledge)

Feyentuafiyiñ Bafkence Kimvn is an act of reciprocal communication between the gvbamtucefe (wise men and women) and the picikece (boys and girls), in which the words of the wind, trees, hills, stones and waves of the sea are valued. Listening to nature is part of Mapuche Lafkence communication processes, which is why the jejipun is performed, an instance in which reciprocity, peace and well-being are achieved.
