Synopsis

“Tahtamete ki’su iisa nuy peswq namikaq nuy ikja npe’sxwesxkih”

“Every minute of every week, they steal our friends, they kill our sisters”

From the resounding force that moves the protagonists as indigenous women, accompanied at all times by their indigenous and non-indigenous brothers and sisters, who contribute to their struggles, they adapt the “Fearless Song” from their cosmogonies, feelings and pains into six of their mother tongues and Spanish as a common language.

This meaningful process was co-created by the Cabildo Indígena Universitario de Medellín (Medellin University Indigenous Council, CIUM), to commemorate #25Nov International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
